How Much Will Your Roof Repair Or Replacement Cost?
Investing in your roof, whether repairing or replacing it, is a big decision. To make the right decision, you deserve to have as much information as possible - and cost isn't something companies generally like talking about. We don't think that's right, so we're going to answer your questions about how much it costs to repair or replace a roof here on The Grand Strand.
Factors That Influence Roof Repair & Replacement Pricing
There are many factors that influence pricing. However, the 4 below are the biggest.
Material Type
The type of material that you choose will vary in pricing, so the overall cost of your roof will be effected by material type.
Roof Size
It may be obvious but its true! The larger your roof is, the more material and labor you will need to install it. This effects your price.
Roof Pitch
The steeper the roof, the slower the install process. A steep roof may also require additional safety measures. This can effect overall cost of your new roof.
Roof Complexity
If your roof has a large amount of detail areas such as skylights, dormers, and flashing then your roof may be more expensive to install.
Roof Cost By Service Type
We have broken cost down into 4 main service types listed below. In order to see pricing, click on the service type that you need!

The slow speed of install as well as the larger cost of materials effect the overall cost of a Cedar roof. With the cost comes great longevity, beauty, and wind ratings. You can expect to pay $60,000 - $84,000 for a 3,000 square foot roof.
