Linta Roofing Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, estimates, inspections, and construction services provided by Linta Roofing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, signing a contract, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Linta Roofing provides residential and/or commercial roofing services, including but not limited to:

• Roof replacements
• Roof repairs
• Roof maintenance services
• Insurance claim assistance and documentation support

Insurance claim assistance is provided as a courtesy and advocacy service only. We do not act as public adjusters, attorneys, or insurance representatives, and we do not guarantee claim approval or payment amounts.

2. Estimates and Inspections

All inspections and estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Roofing systems may contain concealed damage that is not discoverable until work begins.

• Estimates are not guarantees of final price unless expressly stated in a signed contract.
• Additional work required due to concealed damage, code upgrades, or unforeseen conditions may result in change orders and additional costs.

3. Contracts, Deposits, and Payment Terms

3.1 Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed once the customer signs a written agreement and submits the required deposit.

3.2 Deposit Requirement

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of contract signing.
• Upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit, Linta Roofing is contractually obligated to complete the agreed-upon work, subject to these Terms.

3.3 Final Payment

• The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the work, or as otherwise outlined in the contract.
• Failure to remit final payment may result in collection efforts, suspension of warranty coverage, or lien rights as permitted by law.

4. Scheduling and Delays

Project timelines are estimates only. Roofing work is subject to variables beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Permit approval timelines
• Safety concerns

Linta Roofing is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

5. Change Orders and Additional Work

If additional work is required that is not included in the original contract, we will provide a change order outlining:

• The additional scope of work
• Associated costs
• Any impact on the project timeline

No additional work will be performed without customer authorization, except where required for safety or code compliance.

6. Insurance Claim Assistance Disclaimer

Linta Roofing may assist customers by:

• Documenting storm or accidental damage
• Meeting with insurance adjusters
• Providing estimates, photos, and code documentation

However:

• We do not guarantee insurance approval or coverage
• Insurance carriers determine scope, pricing, and payment
• The customer remains responsible for all amounts not paid by insurance

7. Warranties

7.1 Workmanship Warranty

Any workmanship warranty offered by Linta Roofing will be outlined in the signed contract or warranty documentation.

7.2 Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturer warranties are provided and administered by the manufacturer, not Linta Roofing. Coverage does not typically include:

• Storm damage
• Improper maintenance
• Acts of God

We make no independent guarantees beyond those expressly stated in writing.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide reasonable access to the property
• Remove or secure personal items near work areas
• Inform us of hidden hazards (pets, fragile items, underground utilities, etc.)

Linta Roofing is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards or pre-existing conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Linta Roofing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid under the contract

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linta Roofing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Misrepresentation of property conditions
• Unauthorized modifications to the work after completion

11. Website Use

Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional or legal advice.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt site functionality
• Copy or reuse content without permission

12. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Linta Roofing Inc sends text message updates and responses to consumer customers about pricing and products offered at www.lintaroofing.com. Linta Roofing Inc will use text messages to book appointments for customers who have reached out to us.

When you opt in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text "HELP" for help. Text "STOP" to cancel.

You can cancel this service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received our messages. After you send "STOP," we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

If you forget what keywords are supported, text "HELP" to the number from which you received our messages. We will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Participating carriers include: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in South Carolina.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website.
