A Project Manager will come to your home to conduct an on-site inspection. Once the Project Manager assesses the damage, they will provide you with a comprehensive estimate.
If you decide that you'd like Linta Roofing to complete your roofing project, you can sign a proposal and choose a shingle color. The project should begin between 1-3 weeks after the proposal is signed!
Homes around Main Street and the 1915 town hall museum date to the railroad boom, when the Seaboard Air Line shops drove growth. Many have original framing under layered shingles, plus low-slope porch additions that trap water. We strip to the deck, replace rotted sheathing, and install synthetic underlayment before new shingles.
Modest frame houses built for workers at the Oneita Knitting Mill and area lumber operations still line Andrews' side streets. Most are one story with simple gable roofs, which keeps replacement costs manageable. There is no HOA review here, so a project can move from estimate to installation quickly.
West of the county line, houses and manufactured homes sit on open lots along SC 41 with little windbreak. Straight-line winds peel back shingle edges and flip ridge caps on these exposed roofs. We anchor replacements with six-nail installation and starter strips rated for high wind.
