Downtown Lake City reinvented itself around ArtFields, the nine-day festival launched in 2013, with galleries in restored early 1900s commercial buildings. Homes on the surrounding blocks date to the tobacco and bean market era. We replace aging shingle roofs there with attention to parapet and low-slope details.
