What is The Elevated Roofing Experience with Linta Roofing?

December 22nd, 2023 | 4 min read

By Jeffrey Linta

Before you make a large financial investment, it is natural to scope out all your options to find the best fit for you.

When scrolling through the internet to hire a contractor, you will see contractors make pretty big claims, like “We’re the best in the business!”

And while that level of confidence in a business is great, it doesn’t tell you much about what they do to provide you with a seamless experience – or how they do it.

With 38 years in roofing, we at Linta Roofing are confident in our top-notch service. But it is important that you understand what we do and how we back up this claim.

It is unfair if we expect you to take our word for it, so in this article, we will take an in-depth look at what we call the elevated roofing experience.

The elevated roofing experience is comprised of 4 essential elements:

  1. A customized customer webpage to keep you updated throughout your roofing project
  2. A dedicated superintendent to oversee your roofing project
  3. Real accountability – Ensuring we live up to our promises
  4. No money down – you pay when the project is complete

These elements are implemented to provide you peace of mind from start to finish, honoring our commitment to providing you with high-quality work and an exceptional experience.

1. Customized Customer Webpage to Keep You Updated Throughout Your Roofing Project

We provide a customer webpage designed to keep you in the know about your roofing project from beginning to end. On the webpage, you will be able to view time/date stamped photos from all phases of the job. From your initial inspection photos, to in-progress photos, and final inspection photos once all the work is completed. This is provided so that you will have full access to what is happening on your roof, even from the ground or at work.

This stamp also includes the name of the person who took the photo, whether it is your project manager or the superintendent. This allows you to monitor exactly what is happening in your home and the time it happens throughout your entire project.

Your customer web page will also make it possible for you to view every document involved in your roofing project, anywhere you have internet access. We do this so that if you decide to sell your home sometime down the road, you can easily access all the necessary information about your roof for the new homeowner. This includes our contract, everything that has been agreed upon, and your warranty information.

To maintain consistent communication through the customer webpage and in person, we will send a superintendent to be present throughout the roofing process.

2. A Dedicated Superintendent to Oversee Your Roofing Project

We provide a dedicated superintendent who will maintain consistent communication with you throughout your roofing project.

The superintendent will show up on the first day of your roofing project. They will go over all the details with you, verifying the shingles you chose, the color you chose, and any other specific details that go into the project.

The superintendent is required to:

  1. Oversee your project and ensure that you receive the quality we promise
  2. Communicate with you from start to finish and keep you well-informed about the progress of the work completed on your roof

You may be wondering, how do we verify that our superintendents are doing this?

Not only is your superintendent required to take photos with a timestamp and their name, but your superintendent is also responsible for completing an in-progress checklist and a final inspection checklist to make sure no inspection items are missed. These photos should reflect everything we have on file about your roofing project, including any requests you have made.

In addition, your superintendent has communication requirements. Your superintendent is responsible for answering any questions you may have, making sure that none of your requests are missing from the final project.

You may be curious, how do we make sure this happens for every single one of our customers? How can we guarantee that you receive the experience we are promising?

We verify all of this through a process we call real accountability.

3. Real Accountability – Ensuring We Live Up to Our Promises

As mentioned earlier, it’s unfortunately common for companies to make promises they can’t fulfill. To earn and keep your trust, we consistently triple-check our processes to ensure everyone is dedicated to delivering a smooth roofing experience for you.

What does “real accountability” look like?

Every week, our superintendents meet with our production manager, the production manager is responsible for making sure that the superintendents are completing all of their requirements on each and every roofing project.

The production manager will go through the report of each superintendent, and every single project is reviewed by the production manager to make sure the photos are taken before, during, and after the work is completed.

Each superintendent is then scored and audited by the production manager, who ultimately grades them on their performance by how they complete the checklist and their communication with you.

4. No Money Down – You Pay When the Project is Complete

On most roofing projects, we do not ask for any money upfront, which is pretty rare among contractors in our area. This approach reflects a few important things about us.

  1. It indicates the stability of our business.

Unlike many contractors who require a substantial upfront payment, we’re financially strong enough to handle projects without taking a deposit. This demonstrates that we are here to stay.

What does this mean for you?

If you have any issues down the road, we are still going to be in business to come back and rectify any issues you may have. You don’t have to take our word for it. Us asking for no money down is a business practice that shows this to be true.

  1. It shows our confidence in the quality of our work. We believe that you will be proud to pay once the project is completed.

We want to provide you with peace of mind throughout the entire process, and our practice of asking for zero money down is just another way we demonstrate our reliability.

Unfortunately, hiring a contractor can sometimes seem like a hit or miss, like you never know if they’ll live up to their promises.

We realize that you need both trust and peace of mind when searching for the right contractor. That’s why we introduced the elevated roofing experience—to demonstrate what we do and how we uphold our commitments.

It’s not just about what we say; but the business practices that support our promise to you. Our transparent approach makes it easier for you to compare roofing contractors in the Myrtle Beach area.

Our main goal is to make your roofing project as smooth as possible, providing you with much needed peace of mind throughout.

We look forward to showing you how the elevated roofing experience will exceed your expectations!
