You’ve got three estimates in hand and ours is the most expensive.

What’s that all about?

While we’re not the cheapest or the most expensive roofer in the Myrtle Beach area, this is an important question we hear from time to time. At Linta Roofing we don’t shy away from the “you’re more expensive” conversation. In fact, we welcome it.

Because in nearly every case, when a homeowner asks us why we’re more expensive they’re really thinking “I don’t understand what makes you any different from other roofing companies in Myrtle Beach yet.”

And that’s a fair question to ask. You deserve to understand what you’re paying for. Because you’re not just buying a roof. You’re investing in a service. Here, we’ll explain our pricing and what’s included in our price, so you can decide whether Linta Roofing is the right fit for your roof replacement or not.

Let’s get started.

Why Does Linta Roofing Charge More for a Roof Replacement than Other Roofers in Myrtle Beach?

For the average 30 square roof, our price can sit between $9,600 to $18,000. That range is competitive for our market, but it won’t always be the cheapest.

So, why do we charge more?

When you hire Linta Roofing for your roof replacement, it’s our goal to provide you with an experience that makes you feel like you “set it and forget it”. From the moment you sign a contract with us, we do everything we can to take the burden off your plate. And we have a team of people ready to provide you with a stress-free roofing experience.

Here’s how we do it.

Linta Roofing’s Residential Roofing Team

Unlike other companies that split their attention between commercial and residential projects, Linta Roofing is 100% focused on residential roofing. We know that the average homeowner gets 1 or 2 roofs in their lifetime, which means it’s important for us to staff our departments appropriately so your roofing project can be completed in a timely manner without compromising quality. We promise an Elevated Roofing Experience and to provide you with a seamless experience, we must staff our departments accordingly.

So, who will oversee your roofing project from start to finish?

Dedicated Project Managers

Our Project Managers aren’t pressured to sell you a roof unless their inspection suggests that you really need one. Which is why all of our Project Managers are salaried employees. Not only will they provide a comprehensive estimate, they’re also able to handle the insurance claim process for you so you don’t have to.

Full-Time Roof Warranty and Repair Department

Our warranty and repair department handles post-installation support by addressing issues covered under warranty and performing repairs if they are necessary to ensure long-term roof performance and customer satisfaction.

On-Site Superintendent on all Jobs

Not only do our superintendents oversee your roof replacement to ensure quality, they’re also responsible for providing you with real-time updates. You will receive progress photos throughout the roofing process, updates if we find anything you should be aware of, and videos to show you how your roof replacement is going. At the end of the project, our superintendents will complete a 40-point final inspection to make sure every last nail is in place. They will also oversee the clean-up process, ensuring that your home is clean when we’re finished.

In-House Media Team: Clarity That Builds Confidence

Most roofing companies give you a quote and hope you don’t ask too many questions. It leaves homeowners in the dark, unsure if they’re being overcharged, what the process involves, or even who to expect at their home.

At Linta Roofing, we believe the better you understand your roof and the process around it, the more confident you'll feel before, during, and after your project. That’s why we’ve built an in-house media team dedicated to one goal: giving you radical clarity at every step of the journey.

Instead of vague answers or industry jargon, we provide written and video content that breaks down exactly what to expect, what impacts cost, and how to compare roofing estimates apples-to-apples.

How Do We Do This?

Our Buyers Guide, sent to every homeowner right after booking an inspection. It’s not a sales brochure. It’s an honest, detailed resource that answers the most common questions we get, including questions most roofers hope you don’t ask. It covers everything from material options to warranties to signs of a trustworthy contractor.

You’ll also receive a short introductory video from your superintendent before the project begins. That way, you know exactly who to expect and who to turn to with questions. This small touch is one of the many ways we make sure you feel cared for, not passed around.

Because when homeowners feel informed, they don’t feel taken advantage of. They feel in control. They make confident decisions. And they tell their friends and neighbors about the experience.

Choosing the Right Roofing Estimate for You

When comparing roof replacement estimates, you might notice that ours isn’t the cheapest—and we understand that can raise questions. While no company is perfect (and we won’t pretend to be), we’ve built checks and balances into our process to catch mistakes before they become bigger problems. Our team is trained to do things right the first time, and if something ever does go wrong, we have the people and systems in place to make it right.

While smart buyers move quickly, they don’t go in blindly. Choosing the right estimate for your roofing project can be tough. But knowing what goes into the estimate is the most important part. No matter who you choose to be your roofer, it’s vital that you know everything that goes into the price of your roof.

As you compare roofing estimates, keep on the lookout for:

  • Detailed warranty information
  • Details about the scope of work
  • Your obligations clearly outlined on your estimate
  • If there are any exclusions that are not factored into your estimate and how much they would cost

So, now you know why Linta Roofing may be higher in price than some of the other roofing companies in the Myrtle Beach area. And whether or not you choose us to be your roofer, we’re happy to provide transparent information to help you have the best roofing experience possible.
