Linta Roofing is looking for a Roof Repair Technician to join our crew in South Carolina. If you’re experienced, reliable, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Repair Work

You’ll perform precise, high-quality repairs on a variety of systems and materials:

• Shingles, decking, flashing, pipe boots, vents, soffit, fascia, rafters, dead valleys

• Skylights, metal roofing systems, flat roofing systems (Liberty Roll, TPO, EPDM)

• Siding, as needed for roof-related scopes

Customer Interaction & Evaluation

• Inspect and evaluate roof issues on-site

• Explain repair options and timelines clearly to homeowners

• Build accurate scopes and pricing using our tools

• Schedule your own jobs based on workload and customer needs

• Keep communication professional, courteous, and timely

• Request reviews from satisfied customers

Team & Technology

• Document evaluations and work in our mobile app

• Train and supervise helpers or apprentices

• Share ideas to improve our repair process and training

What You Bring

• Proven experience in roof repair (residential or light commercial)

• Ability to accurately diagnose roofing problems

• Friendly, clear, and professional communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule

• Proficiency with mobile job tracking apps

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Physically able to lift 80+ lbs and work in various weather and roof conditions

• Willingness to pass a drug screening

• A leadership mindset and interest in growing within the company
