Linta Roofing is looking for a Roof Repair Technician to join our crew in South Carolina. If you’re experienced, reliable, and ready to grow, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Repair Work
You’ll perform precise, high-quality repairs on a variety of systems and materials:

Shingles, decking, flashing, pipe boots, vents, soffit, fascia, rafters, dead valleys
-
Skylights, metal roofing systems, flat roofing systems (Liberty Roll, TPO, EPDM)

Siding, as needed for roof-related scopes
Customer Interaction & Evaluation

Inspect and evaluate roof issues on-site

Explain repair options and timelines clearly to homeowners

Build accurate scopes and pricing using our tools

Schedule your own jobs based on workload and customer needs

Keep communication professional, courteous, and timely

Request reviews from satisfied customers
Team & Technology

Document evaluations and work in our mobile app

Train and supervise helpers or apprentices

Share ideas to improve our repair process and training
What You Bring
-
Proven experience in roof repair (residential or light commercial)
-
Ability to accurately diagnose roofing problems
-
Friendly, clear, and professional communication skills
-
Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule

Proficiency with mobile job tracking apps
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
-
Physically able to lift 80+ lbs and work in various weather and roof conditions

Willingness to pass a drug screening

A leadership mindset and interest in growing within the company
